EASTERTIDE 2020
EASTERTIDE 2020
He is risen, we cry! Death has not had the last word!
And yet we find ourselves as faithful people out of place. COVID-19 has disrupted our lives in dramatic ways, challenging us to re-articulate what it means to be the Body of Christ while at a distance. Our faith story might ask us,
"what does it mean to be the church in exile?"
We will study 1 Peter, a letter of encouragement written to Gentile churches under Roman persecution who were trying to answer the very same question.
